Are you Prepared?

As we enter Hurricane Season, now is the time to prepare our homes. Please make sure that anything that can become a projectile during a storm is removed or secured. We understand that some of us are not able to do the proper upkeep. If you are in need of help, our maintenance man Marck is willing to work for a fee, on his off hours from his DVP1 duties. If you require this help, please send an email to Community Engagement. All work is done by Marck and the homeowner is responsible for proper and timely payment to Marck for his services.

Yard Maintenance
Please make sure that your yard is free of anything that may become a projectile during a storm.
Generators
Generators are prohibited in Delray Villas Plat 1. Please use safe handling practices when using your generator.
Grills
Charcoal burning grills are not permitted. Gas grills are allowed Please use caution and do not use them on an enclosed patio.
Check on your neighbors
Our community is comprised of some that are no longer able to properly prepare for themselves. Please, won’t you be a good neighbor, and make sure they are secure as well?
