On behalf of the Delray Villas Plat 1 (DVP1) Homeowners Association Board, and the entire Delray Villas Plat 1 community, I bring greetings. I would like to thank you for visiting and welcome you to our website! We’re glad that you have chosen our community to call home. We hope that you are enjoying your life here, and that you will become an active participant in the community, as we all strive to make this a wonderful place to live. The current HOA Board has pledged a new approach to governing. Transparency is first and foremost. Fresh ideas, much needed community improvements and a modern communication system. These are just a few of the initiatives that were begun this year. But most importantly, making each of Delray Villas Plat 1’s 274 homeowners feel heard and a part of our community. It is our fervent desire to make Delray Villas Plat 1 an exceptional community.
