Thanks to one of our neighbors, the Fun Committee now has a real sound system! Our movie nights are sure to be awesome now. We will also now be able to have Karaoke at the pool as well. That’s community involvement in action!
Thank you to those that came out to our event. While the first Delray Villas Plat 1 Movie Night was not exactly what we anticipated, we learned something. Our community enjoys being together, no matter what! This was our first attempt, and we have learned what to do and what not to do. Our next movie night will be better! One of our neighbors has donated to help the Fun Committee get a Bluetooth outdoor speaker system. Our 50/50 raffle was won by Ellen Hoffman, she generously donated her winnings to the Fun Committee. Thank You Ellen!! Thank you to Tom Clark and Carl Malysz for volunteering, that’s community involvement in action!

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Each and everyone of us has a special gift or talent. We, the members of the Fun Committee are using our life skills to enhance not only our own lives , but the lives of our neighbors here in Delray Villas Plat 1. Our Community Engagement initiative encourages our neighbors to get involved in their community. We want everyone to see that they don't have to be on the HOA Board to make a difference. Each of us can be the change we want to see in our community.
