Pro Pest is our contracted vendor for Rodents outside of the residence. There are currently (50) Fifty bait  boxed located strategically throughout the community (mostly in common areas) to ensure that our neighborhood remains free of rodents and other vermin. Recently we have had complaints of rodents being attracted to bird feeders. Delray Villas Plat 1 has no community rule against birdfeeders. But after reaching out to our vendor we were informed that yes the bird feeders do provide a food source for rodents. Please see the document below as to their answer.
